Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on the zh77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your zh77 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and accurate date of birth. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zh77 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your zh77 account that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which zh77 makes available to all registered players.
• Never share your login credentials, OTP codes, or account access with any other person, including zh77 customer support staff — zh77 will never ask for your password.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration, verification, or any other account management process.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zh77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the zh77 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gaming losses incurred during normal gameplay, whether in casino games, sports betting, or any other product on the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity arising from any Platform outage, technical malfunction, or scheduled maintenance.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Any reliance on information provided on the zh77 Platform that proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.

The zh77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zh77 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose. zh77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their zh77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zh77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete required identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe specified by zh77.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct in connection with the account.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is terminated by the Player voluntarily and no breach of Terms or compliance issue is present, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players who wish to close their zh77 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting zh77 support via live chat from within their account dashboard. Account closure requests will be processed within one business day.

zh77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zh77 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through zh77's internal complaints process shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution under that jurisdiction.
